Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients aged 18-60 years
2) American Society of Anaesthesiologist Grade I & II
3) Patients posted for elective orthopaedic lower limb surgery under subarachnoid block
Exclusion Criteria
1) Infection at the local site
2) Severe hypovolemia
3) Raised ICP
4) Coagulopathy
5) Allergy to local anaesthetic
6) An allergy to tramadol ondansetron magnesium sulphate
7) ASA grades III IV V
8) History of spine deformity
9) History of lower limb motor weakness
10) Pregnant or breast feeding
