Inclusion Criteria
1.Healthy individuals in 18 to 25 years of age group
2.Individuals having BMI in the range of 18.50- 24.99
3.Equal number of males and females
4.Individuals who had minimum 6 hours of adequate sleep
5.Individuals who are having normal vision or corrected vision by
spectacles
Exclusion Criteria
1.Individuals having any upper extremity injury or pain.
2.Individuals having any confirmed neurological, orthopaedic or
metabolic disorders
3.Individuals with addictions of Cigarette smoking, alcohol and
tobacco
4.Individuals having cognitive impairments
5.Individuals having a diagnosed respiratory problem
6.Any sensory impairment
7.Any prolong use of drugs, supplements and medication which
affects performance
