(1) Aged 20-30 years old;
(2) The subjects had no history of nervous system disease, heart disease and epilepsy;
(3) Right-handed;
(4) Good physical and mental health;
(5) Sleep quality is normal;
(6) Sign the informed consent.
(1) Local skin infections, ulcers, scars, hemorrhagic tendencies, severe hemorrhagic diseases and coagulation disorders were found in subjects who were over-sensitive to acupuncture.
(2) Psychiatric history such as mood disorder, depression and mania, epilepsy or seizure history, first-degree relatives have epilepsy history, and those with severe mental illness or accompanying mental symptoms.
(3) Those with metal implants, magnetic resonance imaging or transcranial magnetic contraindications in the body.
(4) Recurrent headache with unknown causes and ineffective drug treatment; skull fracture and/or severe head injury; head and/or brain surgery history.
(5) They are taking tricyclic antidepressants, psychotropic tranquilizers or other drugs to control seizures.
