1. Age 30-80
2. Evidence of coronary artery disease
3. Abnormal stress-induced myocardial perfusion imaging
4. Patient with contraindication for revascularization
5. Clinical symptom of coronary artery disease at least 3 months
6. Patient has willing to perform EECP
1. Pregnancy or breast feeding
2 Clinical chest pain from other condition
3. Valvular heart disease or cardiac congenital abnormality
4. Heart failure
5. Atrial fibrillation, 2nd or 3rd degree AV block
6. Symptom of asthma or COPD
