Inclusion Criteria
- •subjects at least more than 3 times of bowel movement in a week during 1 month before the day of colonoscopy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) patint with acute abdomen
- •2) patient with acute inflammation of intestine
- •3) patient with ileus
- •4) patient with acute peptic ulcer
- •5) patinet with disease of cardiology
- •- cardiac arhythmia, uncontrolled angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction in recent 3months, congestive heart failure
- •6) patient with renal failure and electrolyte imbalance
- •7) patient with history of gastrointestinal surgery
- •- except appendectomy and hemorrhoidectomy
- •8) subject who don't or can't drink coffee
