Bilateral occlusion of the mandibular mandibular third molars bilateral erupted third molars
Age under 40 years old
No pregnancy or lactation
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women
Acute infection and intraoral lesions
Systemic diseases such as (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
