Patients receiving TOT sling operation due to urinary incontinence in the department of urology of Asan Medical Center
1. Patients who want to receive general anesthesia or regional anesthesia
2. Patients who have cerebrovascular disease or coronary artery disease
3. Patients who have medication or pacemaker inserion for clinically significant arrhythmia
4. Patients of preoperative bradycardia (Heart Rate < 50 bpm) or systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg
5. patients who have significant liver or renal disease
6. Patients who have neurological or neurosurgical disease
