age of >18 years
- Ability to give legal consent
- male sex (inability to become pregnant)
- informed written consent

Exclusion Criteria

Answer one of the following questions with Yes:

- Do you regularly take medication?
- Do you have an acute or chronic disease?
- Do you have or are you suffering from an addiction disorder of any kind (alcohol, medication, drugs)?
- Are you feeling sick?
- Any complaints after a previous blood withdrawal (fainting, infections, etc.)?
- Have you ever had any problems with red wine (consumed in the usual quantities)?
