Inclusion Criteria

All Covid Positve Patients Either RTPCR Positive Or CT Chest Confirmed Or Both.

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy Lactation Spo2 Below 80 RR Above 40 PR Above 60 But Below 120 Non-Urinary Catheterized Transgender Known Cardiac Patients IDDM Hba1c Above 10.
