(1) patients who has been clinically diagnosed with PD according to the 2015 international MDS PD criteria.
(2) patients at H-Y grade of 1 and 2 level.
(3) patients that have been treated with stable anti Parkinson medications and could walk independently.
(4) patients or their legal guardians have agreed to participated in the clinical study and signed the informed consent form.
(1) patients that have exercise habits or have engaged in Wuqinxi exercise before the study recruitment;
(2) patients whom the researchers considered not suitable for this study;
(3) patients who were diagnosed with atypical parkinsonism or secondary parkinsonism or hereditary Parkinson disease.

Name Time Method the time point of motor complication (wearing-off phenominon) occurrence during the study;the difference value between the MDS-UPDRS-III score at baseline and MDS-UPDRS-III score after intervention;
