1. Meet the TD diagnostic criteria, and is mild (Yale score < 25);
2. Age 6 ~ 12 years old, male or female;
3. patients who have not been treated by other methods in the past 1 month;
4. Those who are willing to receive treatment in the outpatient department of our hospital for 3 months;
5. The patient's family members voluntarily sign the informed consent;
6. TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the invasion of external wind and internal movement of liver wind.
1. Habitual convulsions, myoclonic epilepsy, rheumatic chorea, Wilson's disease, brain trauma, encephalitis sequelae and other extrapypyramidal diseases;
2. With cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood and other serious diseases;
3. The patient is unable to cooperate with the treatment or discontinues the treatment without the required observation, or the information is incomplete.
