A Prospective clinical study of innovative Wuqinxi exercise intervention in delaying the occurrence of freezing of gait in Parkinson's disease

1) Patients who were diagnosed with PD according to the 2015 international MDS PD criteria;
2) no history of FOG (NFOGQ score =0);
3) PD patients at high risk of developing FOG (the risk value was accounted according to our established predicting model for FOG);
4) having received a stable anti PD medication therapy for at least 2 months ;
5) aged ranging from 45 to 85 years old.
1) Patients were diagnosed with atypical parkinsonism, secondary parkinsonism or hereditary PD;
2) history of serous organic diseases (heart disease, hypertension, lung tuberculosis, nephritis, etc.);
3) history of serious arthritis, bone and joint diseases;
4) having regularly participated in sports exercises during the recent 2 months;
5) Mini Mental Stage Examination(MMSE) score was less than 23 points.
