Inclusion Criteria
Subject group: tinnitus patients, as well as tinnitus and vertigo patients.
Control group: healthy people at the similar age and the same sex as patients.
Both groups: written consent form for participation in the study
Exclusion Criteria
other diseases, bad feeling of the studied individual on the day of the study. Moreover, the participants were not be: minor and incapacitated persons, soldiers, prisoners and persons dependent in any way from the investigators

Name Time Method Examination of patientsâ?? peripheral blood: <br/ ><br>- erythrocytic activity of superoxide dismutase, <br/ ><br>catalase and glutathione peroxidase, as well as <br/ ><br>erythrocytic concentrations of thiobarbituric acid reactive <br/ ><br>substances (TBARS) and conjugated dienes <br/ ><br>(CD) <br/ ><br>- plasma concentrations of TBARS, CD, <br/ ><br>malondialdehyde and vitamins A and E. <br/ ><br>- serum activitis of arylsulfatase, acid <br/ ><br>phosphatase, cathepsin D and alpha1-antitrypsin.Timepoint: Direct experimental material was venous blood taken from the basilic vein into two vacuum test tubes only one time for each participant (at the morning, fasting): for full blood (K2EDTA) and blood serum (clot activator and gel separator).
