1. New Clinically diagnosed or biopsy proven case of multibacillary leprosy.
2. They did not take any antileprosy drugs or antioxidants in preceeding 6 months.
3. Age >= 18 years
4. Patients should be willing for Investigation, Treatment and Regular Follow up
1) Pregnancy or Lactation at present
2) Hepatic, Renal, Lipid Profile Abnormalities
3) Past/Present history of any type of Malignancy
4) Patient unsure about attending treatment Schedule Regularly
5)Previous H/o any Hypersensitivity Reaction to anti-oxidants
6) Patients who fail to come for follow up after Initiation of therapy
7) Patients with previous H/o Immunobullous disorders and autoimmune diseases
8) Patient is an alcoholic and smoker
