1.Patients of age 18years and above.
2.Patients of all gender.
3.Patients diagnosed with melasma clinically with MASI score indicating severity.
1.Patients who are pregnant, active smokers, on hormonal therapy, consumption of antioxidant supplements.
2.Patients with vitiligo, psoriasis, facial melanosis excluding melasma, other causes of skin pigmentation like acanthosis nigricans, sun tan, hair dye etc
3.Patients with endocrine and chronic systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, heart failure, systemic lupus, etc.
4.Patients on drugs affecting antioxidant levels like hydroxychloroquine,immunosuppresive drugs
