Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients receiving elective video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in Seoul St. Mary's Hospital
2. Aged 20-75 years
3. Consent to participate
4. ASA class I-III

Exclusion Criteria

1. Refuse to participate
2. Emergent operation
3. Preoperative analgesics due to chronic pain
4. Unable to communicate
5. History of psychiatric disorder
6. History of allergy and/or adverse reaction to local anesthetics
7. History of coagulopathy
8. ASA class IV
