Inclusion Criteria

1. age equal or more than 18 years old
2. hospital admission for elective CABG surgery
3. eligible to communicate

Exclusion Criteria

1. endotracheal intubation period during post operation more than 36 hours
2. re intubation during post operation period due to post operative complication
3. hemodynamic instability
4. unable to perform test for maximal inspiratory pressure due to post operative complication ,worsening symptoms of the disease, etc.
