Inclusion Criteria

ïÆ?¼Male and female patients with age between 20 ââ?¬â?? 65 years of upper abdominal surgery who are willing to participate in this study.

ïÆ?¼Individuals who underwent both elective and emergency upper abdominal surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

ïÆ?¼Unstable and complicated abdominal surgical patients.

ïÆ?¼Age more than 65 years.

ïÆ?¼Case of chronic respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurological conditions and musculoskeletal problems.

Primary Outcome Measures

Peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) <br/ ><br>Before and after the therapeutic interventions the PEFR readings will be noted. The collected data will be tabulated and will be statistically analysed using SPSS. Then they will be compared to evaluate the PEFR changes in all the groups. PEFR changes will be compared and analysed between the groups, and within the groups also.
