- Brief Summary
After the treatments, GDT group showed significant improvements on GMFM-66, CP-QOL and caregiver burden. While CT group revealed improvement only caregiver burden and some domains of GMFM including sitting and crawling & kneeling. Comparison between groups found that GDT was more effective than CT on improving GMFM-66 and CP-QOL. Home program compliance was higher in the GDT (69%) compared to the CT group (42%).

Diagnosed cerebral palsy
Aged 1-7 years old
GMFCS 2-4
Caregiver can be read and write in Thai.
No exclusion criteria
Informed consent
Medical conditions unstable :
Intractable epilepsy within the last 3 months
History of admit >2 times within the last 1 year
Dyspnea due to cardiovascular or others conditions
Fracture within the last 6 months
Have interventions within the last 6 months or plan of interventions during study : Orthopedic surgery, Chemodenervation
Deafness, Blindness
