Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Male and female aged 60\-69 years.
  • 2\. Risk of falling (assess by Falls risk assessment tool).
  • 3\. Able to stand one leg.
  • 4\. Able to squat position by yourself.
  • 5\. Able to sit to stand 5 times by yourself.
  • 6\. Able to walk independent less than 10 meters.
  • 7\. Able to grip, flex shoulder and reach forward.
  • 8\. Able to standing position without aid.
  • 9\. Able to exercises (assess by Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire).
  • 10\. Less than 5 points from Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Underlying disease that unable to exercise (i.e., uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, (deep vein thrombosis, unstable of spine).
  • 2\. Have a history of heart disease.
  • 3\. Unable to see clearly with or without glasses less than 6 meters.
  • 4\. Color blindness
  • 5\. Hearing impairment.
  • 6\. Structure deformity of the arms and legs.
  • 7\. Get a full BBS scores (ceiling effect).
  • 8\. Drink alcohol within 24 hours before the test.
  • 9\. Dizziness on the day of the test.
  • 10\. Take medications that affect walking ability.
