Inclusion Criteria
1.Children in fluid refractory hypotensive cold septic shock,
2.Children�2months to�14 months
3.Consent given by parents/guardians
Exclusion Criteria
Age less tha 2 months
Age more than 14 years
Pre existing heart disease or rhythm disturbance
On vasoactive agent at the time of screening
Raised intracranial pressure
Known immune compromised state
Severe Acute malnutrition
Chronic renal disease
Refusal of consent
