Inclusion Criteria
All neonates ( >34 weeks) up to 28 days of life in fluid refractory septic shock admitted in Extra-mural NIC
Exclusion Criteria
1.Neonate with known cardiac disease
2.Neonate with known immunodeficiency state
3.Neonates who have received vasopressor drug
prior to admission.
4.Neonate with lethal congenital anomaly
