Living with a spouse
Iranian nationality
Age 20 to 45 years
Disorder in at least one of the sperm parameters (At least 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen, 50% progressive motion And 4% of normal morphology)
Infertility after 12 months of intercourse without using contraceptive methods
Spouse infertility
Autoimmune diseases and chronic diseases that are known to affect fertility, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension
Alcohol, cigarette and drug addiction
Mental illness
Severe marital conflicts
History of radiation therapy and various cancers
History of previous or current genitourinary tract diseases such as varicocele
