1.healthy Thai male and female, 20-60 years old
2.no ophthalmic disease and no history of ophthalmic disease that affect to corneal nerve such as corneal ulcer, eye injury, dry eye, gluacoma,corneal dystrophy, bullous keratopathy
3.no systemic disease that affect to corneal nerve such as diabetic mellitus, stroke,central nervous system disease, vasculitis
4.no history of previous corneal surgery or previous corneal intervention
1. abnormal eye examination by slit lamp biomicroscope examination such as abnormal cornea or corneal sensation, abnormal anterior chamber, abnormal pupilllary light reflex
2. abnormal fasting blood sugar > 126 mg% or impair glucose tolerance test
3. HIV patient
