Inclusion Criteria

1. Thai men or women, healthy, aged 20-50 years
2. Not having a history of eye diseases. Including corneal surgery or previous corneal intervention that may affect the corneal nerves, including corneal inflammation, such as corneal ulcer, Herpes zoster infection, corneal injury, dry eye, glaucoma eye drops or undergoing glaucoma surgery, corneal dystrophy, bullous keratopathy, etc.
3. There are no physical diseases affecting the nerves throughout the body, including nerves that raise the cornea, such as diabetic mellitus, stroke and systemic neuropathy.
4. No diseases that cause inflammation throughout the body, including the eye (systemic inflammatory disease) such as autoimmune disease or septicemia.
5. Normal corneal sensation. Which was confirmed using a Cochet Bonnet esthesiometer.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Preliminary eye examination results found abnormalities of the cornea by a slit lamp biomicroscope including: Corneal abnormalities or abnormal cornea examination, Irregular eyes or blinking eyes, Irregular ocular surface, Irregular photoreceptor response, abnormal cornea sensitivity.
2. Blood glucose test results found to be diabetic or tend to have diabetes (impair glucose tolerance test)
3. Anaesthetic allergy
