Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.healthy Thai male and female, 20\-60 years old
- •2\.no ophthalmic disease and no history of ophthalmic disease that affect to corneal nerve such as corneal ulcer, eye injury, dry eye, gluacoma,corneal dystrophy, bullous keratopathy
- •3\.no systemic disease that affect to corneal nerve such as diabetic mellitus, stroke,central nervous system disease, vasculitis
- •4\.no history of previous corneal surgery or previous corneal intervention
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. abnormal eye examination by slit lamp biomicroscope examination such as abnormal cornea or corneal sensation, abnormal anterior chamber, abnormal pupilllary light reflex
- •2\. abnormal fasting blood sugar \> 126 mg% or impair glucose tolerance test
- •3\. HIV patient
