Inclusion Criteria
1. Inborn
2. Gestational age more than or equal to 34 weeks
3. Develop respiratory distress (defined as the followings) within 2 hours after birth
Respiratory rate > 60/min or < 30/min
Chest retraction
Moaning and grunting
SpO2 < 95% in room air for term and SpO2 < 90% for preterm
4. Consented by parents or guardians
Exclusion Criteria
1.Die during birth resuscitation
2.Intubation during resuscitation
3.Incomplete data (except blood gas)
