Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a)Age: 18\-45 years
- •b)Education: Primary and above
- •c)Language: Hindi or English
- •d)Handedness: Both
- •e)Definition of DRE from according to ILEA: a failure of adequate trials of two tolerated and appropriately chosen and used AED schedules (whether as monotherapies or in combination) to achieve sustained seizure freedomâ?? (Kwan et al., 2010\)
- •f)Age of onset: Diagnosis of epilepsy made at least in the last 1\.5\-2 years
- •g)Surgical approach: Resection for temporal or extratemporal epilepsy
- •h)Time since surgery: At least 3 months
- •i)Primary caregiver with capacity and willingness to carry out home based activities
- •j)Visual and auditory acuity for neuropsychological testing
Exclusion Criteria
- •b)Any significant progressive disorders or unstable medical conditions requiring acute intervention
- •c)Hourly seizures
