•a)Age: 18-45 years
•b)Education: Primary and above
•c)Language: Hindi or English
•d)Handedness: Both
•e)Definition of DRE from according to ILEA: a failure of adequate trials of two tolerated and appropriately chosen and used AED schedules (whether as monotherapies or in combination) to achieve sustained seizure freedomâ?? (Kwan et al., 2010)
•f)Age of onset: Diagnosis of epilepsy made at least in the last 1.5-2 years
•g)Surgical approach: Resection for temporal or extratemporal epilepsy
•h)Time since surgery: At least 3 months
•i)Primary caregiver with capacity and willingness to carry out home based activities
•j)Visual and auditory acuity for neuropsychological testing
•k)Capacity and willingness to consent
•l)Impairment in memory/attention
•m)Availability of smartphone/laptop (for patients recruited after onset of COVID-19 pandemic)

•b)Any significant progressive disorders or unstable medical conditions requiring acute intervention
•c)Hourly seizures
