Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • a)Age: 18\-45 years
  • b)Education: Primary and above
  • c)Language: Hindi or English
  • d)Handedness: Both
  • e)Definition of DRE from according to ILEA: a failure of adequate trials of two tolerated and appropriately chosen and used AED schedules (whether as monotherapies or in combination) to achieve sustained seizure freedomâ?? (Kwan et al., 2010\)
  • f)Age of onset: Diagnosis of epilepsy made at least in the last 1\.5\-2 years
  • g)Surgical approach: Resection for temporal or extratemporal epilepsy
  • h)Time since surgery: At least 3 months
  • i)Primary caregiver with capacity and willingness to carry out home based activities
  • j)Visual and auditory acuity for neuropsychological testing

Exclusion Criteria

  • b)Any significant progressive disorders or unstable medical conditions requiring acute intervention
  • c)Hourly seizures
