Patient diagnosed with non-functioning pituitary tumor and scheduled for elective mass removal neurosurgery by transsphenoidal approach under general anesthesia. Age from 19 years to 69 years old.
patient with unstable vital sign, patient with neurologic deficiency, American Society of Anesthesia physical status equal or over III, Pregnant or breast feeding patient, patient with drug allergy, patient who has difficulty with communicating in Korean, Patient who disagree to participate
Drop out: Difficulty in INM monitoring after induction, INM decreases more than 50%
