入选标准
- •Consenting patients of both sexes undergoing Valvular surgery between the age of 20 years to 70 years.
排除标准
- •Patients less than 20 years or more than 70 years. Patients undergoing Double Valve Replacement, patients having fever in the past two week, patients with elevated baseline markers.

Intervention1: Infusion of Inj. Ketamine at 1mg/kg/hour to group A.: Infusion of Inj. Ketamine at 1mg/kg/hour from the start of surgery till six hour post operative period or until the patient is put on CPAP for extubation, whichever is earlier to patients in group A.
