- •benign tumor of the parotid gland
- •- regular preoperative function of the facial nerve
- •- No continued therapy with anticoagulants or vitamin K antagonists
- •- primary surgery
- •- Age > 18 years
排除标准
- •- Tumors of unclear dignity or malignant tumors of the parotid gland
- •- Preoperative facial nerve palsy
- •- revision surgery
- •- Inner lobe tumor of the parotid gland
- •- Ongoing therapy with anticoagulants or Vit.K antagonists that cannot be paused for surgery
- •- pregnancy
