The patient was diagnosed with parotid cancer and received conservative parotidectomy or superficial parotidectomy and has all the inclusion criteria.
1.Tumor confining only in the superficial lobe of the parotid gland confirmed by pre-operative CT scan
2.Final histopathological report was high-grade parotid cancer
1.Age <18 years
2.Pregnancy
3.Pre-operative ipsilateral facial nerve palsy
4.R2 resection (gross residual tumor at parotid bed after primary surgery)
5.Tumor extends to deep parotid lobe either tumor extension or deep parotid lymph node involvement
6.Non-parotid primary cancer
7.History of prior radiation in head and neck
8.Receiving concurrent chemotherapy after surgery
