入排标准

入选标准

  • 1) Patients with high voltage electrical burns ( > 500 volts).
  • 2) Total body surface area involvement >10%

排除标准

  • 1) Patient refusal or no informed consent or both
  • 2)Pre-existing kidney disease
  • 3)BMI <18 kg/m2 or >30kg/m2
  • 4)Duration between injury and admission time > 24 hours
  • 5) Presence of head injury
  • 6) Diabetes mellitus
  • 7) Patients requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation prior to recruitment
