入选标准
- •1) Patients with high voltage electrical burns ( > 500 volts).
- •2) Total body surface area involvement >10%
排除标准
- •1) Patient refusal or no informed consent or both
- •2)Pre-existing kidney disease
- •3)BMI <18 kg/m2 or >30kg/m2
- •4)Duration between injury and admission time > 24 hours
- •5) Presence of head injury
- •6) Diabetes mellitus
- •7) Patients requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation prior to recruitment
