Inclusion Criteria

90 patients, aged 18-70 years
-with American Society of Anesthesiologists¿ status I- II
-scheduled for forearrn and hand surgery were included .

Exclusion Criteria

- patients with significant coagulopathy,
-allergy to local anesthetic or study drug , -local skin infection.
- known neuropathies,
-history of conductive heart disease .
