It seeks to analyze the effectiveness of educational actions to improve communication between professionals during the transfer of care between units. Quantitative study, of the randomized clinical trial type. Sample composed of 23 nurses, randomly divided into Control Group (CG; n=11) and Experiment Group (EG; n=12). The participants answered the I questionnaire as a pre-test. A different educational intervention will be carried outbetween the groups: para the EG and CG was presented an instructional, and in the EG a dynamic "wireless telephone" will be performed and an educational video presentation will be presented. After the intervention, both groups will answer questionnaire II. To evaluate the number of correct answers in the pre and post-test, the Student's T test will be used and in the other variables, the Pearson correlation test. The significance value of 5% will be considered.
