Children and adolescents with CF; from one month to 15 years of age; hospitalized to IVA for treatment of acute pulmonary exacerbation; oriented; collaborative, in the case of children older than five years; and without neurological deficit; without auditory deficit; without visual deficit; they may not be in invasive mechanical ventilation support.
Children / adolescents who are unable to perform or terminate spirometry; unable to perform or terminate IOS; unable to perform or terminate functional/exercise capacity tests; requiring surgical intervention; requiring ventilatory support.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary outcomes: pulse oscillometry parameters (IOS), presented in kilopascal-kPa and percentages of predicted. Will be performed at moments before, during and after admission to IVA.<br><br><br><br>;Spirometry parameters presented in liter (L), liter per second (L / s) and percentages of predicted. Will be performed at moments before, during and after admission to IVA.;Performance on functional / exercise capacity assessment tests (total number of repetitions in the sit and stand test, total time of the step test). Will be applied at the beginning and at the end of the hospital stay.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcomes: score of clinical scores for acute pulmonary exacerbation (CFCS and CFFS) and anthropometric data (mass in kilograms-kg, height in meters-m and BMI in kg/m 2). They will be evaluated the moments before, during and after admission to IVA.
