- •Malampatti grade- 1&2
- •Conscious & co-operative patient
排除标准
- •Age <18 years or >70 years
- •Wt. <20 kg or >70 kg
- •ASA grade >3
- •Difficult intubation (MGP 3 or more)
- •Non co-operative patient
- •any contraindication to opiods
- •patient on beta blocker
- •allergy to drug
