Inclusion Criteria
Binge-eating and overweight or obese grade I volunteers; both genders; age between 20 and 49 years old; not having been exercising regularly for at least 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
Be in nutritional follow-up or intervention; women intending to become pregnant during the study period; pregnant or lactating women; history of severe depression or other severe psychiatric comorbidities; use of appetite-modulating medications; history of cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, and diabetes mellitus; body mass index outside the established criteria; impossibility to exercise.
