Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Participants diagnosed as acute fissure in Ano by clinical examination
- •Participants with written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients suffering from known cases of malignancy and radiation induced ulcers.
- •Known cases of of HIV, Venereal diseases , Hepatitis\-B, and Tuberculosis
- •Known cases of Bleeding disorders, Crohnâ??s disease, Ulcerative colitis.
- •Uncontrolled cases of diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
- •Women in pregnancy and puerperal period will be excluded.
