入选标准
- •1. All abdominal emergency/elective colorectal surgeries
- •2. Laparoscopic surgeries with any incision more than 7 cm length
排除标准
- •1. Abdominal wound is contaminated or dirty at presentation (preoperatively) eg. Trauma, intra-abdominal sepsis
- •2. Layer of skin is not closed
- •3. Pre operative use of other antibiotics
- •4. Anastomotic leak requiring re-exploration
