Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged 18yrs - 40yrs, belonging to ASA PS grade 1&2, undergoing Lower Segment Caesarean Section under Spinal Anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

1. Allergy to Bupivacaine, Dexamethasone, Dexmedetomidine

2. Localised infection over injection site

3. Coagulopathy

4. Gestational Diabetes

5. Psychological disorder

6. Chronic pain more than 3 months

7. ASA PS grade 3 or more

8. Patient unable to use VAS Score

9. Patient with Uncontrolled Hypertension, recent MI, Hepatic, Renal disease

10. Patient refusal for TAP
