1.ASA Grade I & II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with contraindications of atropine
2.Patients with IHD/CAD
3.Patients with ECG showing tachyarrhythmias
4.Emergency surgeries
5.Mallampati grade III and IV
6.Anticipated difficult airway
