The purpose of this study is to determine whether RISE for Nurse Preceptors has a significant impact on nurse preceptors' burnout, resilience, insight, self-compassion, and empowerment, as well as mental well-being, in their personal lives and their working environment.

- Licensed as an RN
- Employed by AdventHealth Rocky Mountain Region
- Completion of the AdventHealth preceptor training
- Has precepted ≥ 48 hours within the past calendar year in an AdventHealth hospital setting or outpatient emergency center
- Able to speak, read, and understand English fluently
- Able to provide informed consent
- Willing and able to comply with all study procedures and requirements for the duration of the study.
- Has precepted < 48 hours within the past calendar year
- Does not pass the brief risk assessment in the pre-intervention introduction meeting with the LMHC facilitator
- Unwilling or unable to comply with all study procedures and requirements for the duration of the study.

Self-Reflection and Insight Scale Baseline, endpoint, and 1-, 3-, and 6-month follow-up 20-item questionnaire with a scale of 1-6; with 1 meaning strongly disagree; and 6 meaning strongly agree
Perceived Stress Scale Baseline, endpoint, and 1-, 3-, and 6-month follow-up 10-item questionnaire with the following response categories: 0=never, 1=almost never, 2=sometimes, 3=fairly often, 4=very often
