Inclusion Criteria

clinical ulnar neuropathy and abnormalities at EMG of the ulnar nerve or enlargement of the diameter of the ulnar nerve

Exclusion Criteria

- ulnar luxation
- < 18 years
- oral anticoagulants
- previous ulnar neuropathy
- already use of corticosteroids
- allergy for corticosteroids

<p>Clinical outcome will be classified as:<br /><br>- no symptoms<br /><br>- symptoms clearly improved<br /><br>- symptoms slightly improved<br /><br><br /><br>- symptoms unchanged<br /><br>- symptoms slightly worse<br /><br>- symptoms clearly worse<br /><br><br /><br>The clinical outcome will be dichomotised. The first 3 points will be<br /><br>classified as good (0), the latter 3 points as worse (1)</p><br>
