Inclusion Criteria
(1) Hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke onset, (2) periarticular shoulder disorders diagnsed clinically and ultrasonographically, (3) MMSE score, over 20
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Current adhesive capsulitis, (2) rhematoid arthritis, (3) complex regional pain syndroem, fracture, (4) previous history of steroid injection within 3 months, (5) severe aphasia, (6) shoulder pain onset before storke.
