- •1.Patients aged 18 years - 99 years
- •2.Platelet count < 50,000 on admission to ICU or
- •3.INR > 1.5 or
- •4.APTT 1.5 times the normal.
排除标准
- •1.Patients already has DVT or PTE.
- •2.Less than 24 hours ICU stay.
- •3.Patients already on anticoagulant for other reasons.
- •4.Not consenting.
