Inclusion Criteria
1. Indication for ASV therapy with AHI>15/h at best CPAP pressure
2. Central apnea/ hypopnea due to TECSA
3. Written informed consent to participate in the study, including a data protection statement.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Indication for NIV or o2 therapy
2. Presence of primary or exclusively central sleep apnea
3. Lack of written informed consent to participate in the study, including a data protection statement.
4. Presence of a contraindication to ASV therapy
5. Participation in another study influencing initiation of PAP therapy regarding device settings or tiration
