- •Body mass index more than 32.5
- •Planned for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy
排除标准
- •Body mass index (BMI) less than 32.5
- •Severe pulmonary obstruction or restriction
- •Decompensated cardiac disease
- •Deranged renal function tests
- •Liver dysfunction
- •History of allergy to study drugs
- •Ventilator support for >=8 hours in postoperative period.
