- •Patients belonging to ASA grade 1 and 2.
- •Patients posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomies under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal.
- •Patients with known hypersensitivity or contraindications to study drugs.
- •Patients posted for emergency surgery.
- •Patients with history of nausea, vomiting or retching in 24 hours before anaesthesia.
- •5.Patients receiving antiemetic therapy in 24 hours before surgery.
- •6.Patients with history of motion sickness.
- •7.Pregnant female.
