Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients of ASA physical status I and II 2. Patients willing to participate 3. Operative procedures requiring Spinal Anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
a. Patients refusal to participate
b. Patients aged <18 years or >60 years
c. Any contraindications to spinal anesthesia
d. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of III or higher
e. Patients with known allergy to any of the study drugs and with cardiac conduction defects, renal or hepatic impairment.

Name Time Method To compare the effects between Palonosetron, Dexmedetomidine and Dexamethasone regarding prevention of post spinal shivering.Timepoint: Post induction of Spinal anaesthesia, study drugs to be given and incidence of shivering will be noted from 15 mins till 45 mins.
